In this video, Jim Meaney, owner of Cansolair Inc. displays how he converts pop cans into a powerful solar heating panel which he calls – “A lifetime supply of free heat”.
Growing Pains
I have found a strength that I never knew I possessed and have learned that no matter what life throws my way, I will find a path that helps me to overcome each obstacle and take the good from it.
Minute to Freedom #34: Release Anger But Don’t Hurt
Today let’s talk about releasing anger, but not hurting others with it. Have you ever felt like you had to hold on tightly because if you let your anger surface, it would just explode?
Blessings From The Wind
It was early morning and still dark. The wind was at gale force and howling. She was testy today and grabbed the power lines wrapping them around a tree at the head of the driveway.
Tarmac Meditations #80: Roll On – Part Two
I had lunch with an old friend yesterday. We talked how we do about this and that, people and miles, races and writing, images and books to come, you know the stuff we do.
A Broken Dog – Part 3 (Pavlov, The Pharmacy, and The Phoenix)

We live in an ”i” world. Our priorities are often materialistic and self-centred. We desire the ipod, the ipad, the iphone, the iapp the I,I,I,I,I, and what the “I” wants the “I” should have. What about the “we?” What about the “us?” The only “we” that seems important today is the Wii and even that […]
