I want to split now, just can’t quit now. Smokey Robinson said that. Me? Not running, not working out. Instead I’m talking to myself on Facebook. Oh man, this isn’t the way it was supposed to happen. What the hell? What I want to know is… “…whatever happened to the way it was supposed to happen/what ever happened to me?” (Van Morrison said that.) Some days are just gonna be like this. Hang in. Stay in the game. Keep your butt in the seat. Rewrite something. Take a photograph. Edit something. Remember that while today is like this there have been other days which were not. The words come in their own time. Get ready. Stay ready. Keep the faith. Live to write another day.
