Golf is a unique sport in that the best players come in all different shapes and sizes; there’s no ideal body type for this physical and mental game. Short and chubby players can do just as well as tall and lanky players.
Jessica Pautsch talks Sustainable Development at TEDxStanleyPark
Jessica Pautsch believes that people generate way too much waste. “I’m currently working on a project that will help us reduce our food waste” says Jessica. “And consumer values have shifted from owning to renting, which helps us all become more sensitive to buying – and throwing away – stuff.”
Your Dog as a Spiritual Teacher
Spiritual teachers come in all shapes, sizes and forms, and you may actually have one sitting at your feet right now. My dogs have been some of the most enlightening spiritual teachers I’ve ever encountered, provided I was open to and aware of the multiple lessons they’ve had to teach.
Visitors
It’s Tuesday and my sister, Lilly, will be here any minute. I seat myself at the table for a long, deep look at my kitchen. I’m trying to drink it in, commit it to memory; the kitchen, as it looks to me now; me, as I am now.
