In 2008, Emotiv Systems introduced the EPOC headset. This piece of gadgetry interprets the emotions of the gaming player based on the electrical impulses emitted by the brain. The company that produced the technology promises a better controlling experience with their gadget compared to using other external devices such as a keyboard and the game controller.
