Mellow Melon Smoothie For 3:
- 1/2 small organic cantaloupe
- 1 banana
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 small organic peach
- 1/2 liter coconut water
Blend until smooth and creamy. Sip, and share the bliss.

This sounds delicious! Whenever I think of making a smoothie I never think of adding lots of different ingredients. It’s usually just strawberry and banana. My husband is a bit picky, can you taste the avocado at all? We tend not to be breakfast eaters and this would be a perfect alternative since breakfast is such an important meal. Thanks for sharing these great recipe!
