The key to inner peace and well being may be simpler than we think.
For those of you who are familiar with my articles here at “Life as a Human”, you are undoubtedly aware that I often write about the ever-elusive concept of happiness. Thus it comes as no surprise that, yet again, this is my topic du jour.
Just recently I came across this sweet three-minute video through a friend on Facebook, and I found it very fitting to add to my growing repertoire. If ever there was a recipe for happiness, this fun little video clip is definitely chalk full of the basic ingredients necessary to help cultivate a more meaningful and fulfilling life. It illustrates just how simple creating more happiness in our lives can truly be simply by opening our minds and hearts to embracing the important things in life.
Being open and learning to love ourselves and each other with kindness, compassion and gratitude, as well as adopting healthy new habits that support our ability to be authentically happy on a core level, enables us to feel a sense of inner peace and well being. It also enables us to regain something that many of us have seemingly lost — our sense of “connection”. Ultimately, that making the world a better place for all of us.

Nice clip of the book “Be Happy”. We know the writer, we know who’s music it is, but does anybody knows the name of the Cartoon drawer?
Thanks.
