Before submitting a post to us, PLEASE contact us first to let us know what you intend to submit so we can determine if it’s a good fit for us.

  • Please note that some of our categories are reserved for specific content and that we may select a different (but appropriate) category.
  • Enter a second title for your article. For example, if your article is called "How To Be Happy", the second title could be "Steps To Leading A Happier Life", or "How To Find Joy In The Moment".
  • Enter a short (160 character range) description of your article. This is important for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).For example, staying with the "How To Be Happy" theme, your description might be:

    "Here are five easy steps you can take that will lead you to a happier and less stressful life."

    PLEASE NOTE: This will not appear in your post. This is what WILL appear in a Google search.
  • Enter a short excerpt. This is the text that will show up on our home page and in the archives next to the thumbnail of your post. You can use up to 300 characters.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.

    PLEASE - use something with a square aspect ratio. This will be shown as a thumbnail. Also, enter your name into "Title" the way you would like it displayed when a reader hovers over your bio image.
