Grafi: A motto that all of us need to adopt. Don’t Hide, Go Seek. Seek more. Do more. Be more. Don’t let life slip through your fingers. Don’t stay in the dark when the light is just outside your door. Discover who you are and who you are meant to be. We get one chance in this body, don’t let it go to waste. Step into the light, and be the light for others.

Grafi: This was my very first piece, and I believe this speaks to so many of us around the world. Longing for a sense of peace, a sense of content, a sense of accomplishment. We all have our own unique paths to get to that feeling, but as long as we are constantly striving for our own definition of bliss, then we are on the right path, no matter what direction that takes you.

Grafi: This is my definition of Wanderlust. A word that I felt such a strong connection to it I have it tattooed on my shoulder. Part of finding my inner peace, is travel and adventure. I truly believe that we should all explore our own countries and the world in order to have a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. Sometimes when we get lost, we find ourselves in return.

Grafi: We all have light and darkness inside of us, and its in the struggle to come into the light that we recognize how necessary all of the dark times were to bring us where we are today. Everything happens for a reason, we just need to look at things with a thankful heart and an understanding that with each dark moment, we are able to define our bliss with more detail. We know what we don’t want, and then can define what we do want. Thank you to the dark for guiding me to the light.

Grafi: A few years after my first “Inner Peace” Photo, I was starting to understand that happiness is a choice, and not just a by-product of something that someone else can offer. A promotion, a boyfriend etc… You need to first find happiness within before anything else can really prosper. Whether that’s pursuing your passions, accomplishing a goal, doing more for your community, reading those books that are piling up, taking music lessons…. whatever would make your soul happy is what you need to do to feel content. To feel fulfilled. To feel complete. And then you can sit alone, and feel anything but.

Grafi: While sitting around a campfire, one of my favourite places to sit and think, I was playing around with the settings on my camera and came up with one of my most loved captures.

A reminder of how we are all connected through energy and that we are all made up of the same matter, just with our own unique variation. Let the fire burn within you, and let the energy guide you. What you seek, seeks you…feel your way through life and never let anyone put out your flames.
