About Susan Ivory
As a child, Susie delighted in listening to the wildly exaggerated letters that her mother, aunts and grandmother sent back and forth to each other from across the country. She was fascinated that the women in her life could take something as simple as, say a trip to the store, and turn it into a grand adventure simply through the power of words. Naturally, Susie yearned to join in on the fun and did so…just as soon as she learned to print. She happily joined right in and hasn’t stopped writing since.
Susie currently lives in Seattle’s Eastside with her husband of 21 years, two teenage daughters and a small zoo’s worth of critters. She can often be found baking, gardening, hanging out with her favorite people and of course curled up in a comfy chair with her laptop and a cup of coffee happily blogging away.
