About Kylen O. Lefave

Kylen is a personal wellness coach, visual artist and writer. Originally from Quebec where she was born and raised, she relocated to Canada's Capital in order to complete her degree in Visual Arts at the University of Ottawa. Shortly after graduating, circumstance then moved her across the country to the Pacific Coast.

From the moment she first set foot on Vancouver Island soil, it was an immediate love affair with this paradise she now calls home. Since her arrival in beautiful Victoria, BC, 16 years ago, life has been a fusion of experiences which have greatly shaped who she is today.

Her long-standing employment in the service industry — she worked at the same restaurant for over 14 years — proved to be an asset in developing her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Creating bonds and relationships with the regulars became a joyful, fulfilling experience. This inadvertently set the stage for her new chosen path as a personal wellness coach.

Kylen received her training from The Arts and Science of Coaching Program at Erickson College in Vancouver. She now has her own wellness coaching practice called "In Search of Angelfish". She is an extremely passionate individual whose quest is to become the best person that she can be — to live life consciously and on purpose, with kindness, compassion, creativity, integrity and bliss, in any and every way possible.

Kylen’s life's work and intention is to encourage and inspire others, through her coaching and writing, to embark on their own quests of self-discovery towards a happier, healthier and more fulfilling existence ... in mind, in body, and in spirit.
