The Human Interest Magazine For Evolving Minds

Ember

In between time and time out…
Heart open ~ longing.
Aching for your touch and warm breath upon my neck…
…to run fingers down your spine and land on intimate treasure…
…to whisper that God hears each prayer and answers with delight.

Joyous and unbridled…
This passion embraces me…
Releasing a floodgate of emotions…
…ebbing…flowing…tugging at my core…
…waters both soothing and stirring.

This longing, not quelled by time…
Takes on new life.
An unknown entity in the unfolding mystery…
…an ember smoulders…
…awaiting tinder for the flame.
