		<description>I don&#039;t think it&#039;s as simple as thinking yourself into illness or wellness. There are many causes and conditions that come together to create health or illness the way I see it. 

However, I very much agree that how you think about something does impact it - sometimes greatly. In some ways, what it most important is having a fluidness around labels and thoughts completely - to not believe in them as fixed things in the world, because they aren&#039;t. Too much fixation on &quot;positive&quot; views can lead to depression and disappointment later, and too much fixation on negative views simply adds suffering onto one&#039;s pain.</description>

		<description>That is so very true Heather. What is sad is how so many people just don&#039;t get it. Sadder still, some people don&#039;t, or refuse to believe it. 

I think it is one of the most important truths we can learn in this life time :-)
