Great article on courage, fear, and encouragement. I just sent an email to a friend who was having to set some tough boundaries in her work world, encouraging her to stick by her guns! Great reminder that we can support others in many ways.

And you recommended this article after reading my post about starting to confront my fears of publishing – great insight! I needed to hear this!
