Laced up to go for 40-50 minutes. Didn’t work out the way I planned. Walked to overcome foot cramps in my minimal shoes. Nothing minimal about the foot cramps though. Walked for 35 minutes. Found myself at the open coffee shop. No accident this. Drank coffee from a heavy mug. Went to the gym to lift. Didn’t work out the way I planned. Did pull ups and dips instead. Came home. So it goes. It has been worse. Way worse. Render unto Caesar etc. As for the rest of it, John Lennon pointed out that life happens while we are making plans. Someone else said that we plan and god laughs. I say it didn’t work out, that tomorrow is another day.
